Galli Jazz Flatwound Strings any good

Hi,

Have seen these strings for a very good price , does anybody know if they are any good? , have not heard of them before

Galli are one of the oldest string makers around. Not used these strings myself but the other Galli strings I've used have been tops.

I played a bass with Galli strings on at the weekend and they were great! Anyone know where to get them?

The usual suspects - stringbusters only have the flats and I cant find the others.

If you want rounds I believe Galli make the strings Bernie puts on his basses.

That makes sense now - Bernie mentioned his strings come from Italy when I bought the KSD from him last year! I'll give him a call....Thanks
