Hello from Suffolk

I played a bit of bass around 3 years ago and even had a Status bass made for me though I’m not that good. Really missed bass and now back again and ready to purchase another bass guitar.

If you are anywhere near Offton, @jonunders has proposed a Bass Bass (a kind of informal gathering where people get together to try out each others gear and shoot-the-stinky poo ) at the Limeburners on 2nd November. I'm assuming this is still on, although the thread has been tidied up a bit.

Welcome! What're you thinking for your next bass? I've never had my hands on a Status but heard good things.

Suffolk is a lovely place, my better half is from there. Always lovely to visit her parents and head to the coast!

Hi Rikki,

looking at the Fender pro P bass. 3 tone sunburst with rosewood fingerboard. It was always a toss up between that and the Status S3.
