casapete Posted September 5, 2019 Posted September 5, 2019 Caught the end of the One show last night on BBC1, and The Lumineers were performing. They had an unusual bass, which after a bit of Googling turns out to be a Citron Byron , made for bassist Byron Isaacs. Am guessing this is a one off ? Quote

There's also a guitar version, T Bone Burnett was using one on Nashville. 1 Quote
Maude Posted September 5, 2019 Posted September 5, 2019 I noticed that bass when played Glastonbury earlier in the year. Quote

PatrickJ Posted September 5, 2019 Posted September 5, 2019 It needs one of those scroll heads, like the old Ampeg basses. 1 Quote

Baxlin Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Didn’t John Rostill's Burns Bison "Shadows" Bass have a scroll head? As did Marvin's ana Welch's guitars? Quote
