fatrabbit
Hi, I've got a Warwick Streamer Standard 5-String, with single pickup in red. I got this years back before the Rockbass models came out. I just wondered how much this is worth? People will probably assume that it's just a Rockbass, but I think it might have nicer wood etc. I can't find mention of it in my searches, which is odd! EDIT: Hold the phones... http://www.hartnollguitars.co.uk/products.asp?id=3342 - is that a realistic price? Should I even sell it?! TDM
They have Ovangkol/Wenge necks as opposed to Maple/Rosewood, and they are made in Germany - part of Warwicks old "Standard" series. I've seen a few 4 string ones go for £200-250, but I say hold onto it for the time being, since the market sucks. I might not sell music gear unless there is a good reason (ie. really need the money). It needs a setup and some new strings so I might just do that. lemmywinks
I sold my 5 for £200 IIRC, although i had sanded it down and stained it (looked better than when i got it!)
Dubs
I bought my 4 string version of this for £340 new. They're great basses though and generally hugely underrated IMO.
