stewblack Posted September 8, 2019 Share Posted September 8, 2019 Hello bass hive mind. Asking this one out of curiosity really as I'll soon be using alternative methods to shift my pitches. I depped with a band last night who did awkward things like playing songs I know well, but did them in different keys. Down a semi tone up a full tone that kind of thing. I know, I'll cheat and use the pitch shift on my B3 to drop the semi-tone. Tried it, sounded fine actually, job done. But then when I came to use it I discovered that it had developed a fault. Despite both patch balance and the balance on the pitch shift being dialled to 100% the original note still bled through. As you can imagine this sounded horrendous and so I had to transpose on the fly instead. How or why could this have happened? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jonathan Bee Posted September 9, 2019 Share Posted September 9, 2019 (edited) Hi 🙂 If you go to the patch and press the 'total' button, it will bring up a 'balance' level (as well as a level'). Put this to '100' and it should be 100% wet i.e just the affected signal and no dry. Hope that works!
