I used to do a lot of small item eBay stuff (not bass related) and I'd say that half of the transaction that involved postage to France had issues with delivery (only place worse was Italy). I always got proof of postage when I sent stuff so I was always covered when challenged but honestly their local delivery services must be shyt.
