cheap pedals?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for an envelope filter and am considering the Chunk Systems Agent 00 funk / Agent 00 Funk mkII, or the EBS Bass IQ.

Would anyone know where I could buy a cheaper priced one either someplace online or at a store in London?
A second hand would be fine too, as long as it hasnt been damaged or had any history of repairs.
