tedmanzie
I’m looking for an online walking bass course to improve my (terrible) theory, fretboard knowledge etc, plus I really like walking bass. Electric bass, intermediate level, etc. Happy to pay. Any recommendations welcome!
ambient
Just transcribe loads. Use a real book and work out what’s going on, that’s how I did it, and many others. There are methods that people use to teach, we were taught one at uni. They tend to sound what they are though, unmusical methods, lacking artistry. They tend to revolve around arpeggios. Coilte
I found Dave Mark's set of walking bass lessons very helpful. Start where you feel is appropriate. Edited September 15, 2019 by Coilte
