Spector 5 String

I went into town yesterday, was in SoundsLive and played the only 5er in shop- a Spector Euro 5. I'm in love. It felt beautiful (assuaged any doubts I ever had about 5ers), it sounded beautiful, it looked fantastic. I'm obsessed now. Any downsides though? (Apart from the £500 price tag, of course)

They are between £1000 and £1600 new - so buy it.

Get it. Now. If you choose to sell it in six months you will make a profit.

EDIT - On their website, the 5s are almost a grand. If you can get one for half that you have the bargain of the decade.

.500 quid for a Euro is fantastic value. Get it now before someone else does. Their list price new is something like $2500US.

Actually yeah, soundslive sell the legend customs for around 500 these days. Are you sure it wasn't one of those?

Its a Legend if its the same one I tried. Was in there before Christmas trying out a GK Fusion and it was the only 5 they had in so I used it. It needed setting up a bit - but looked and sounded great. A lot of bass for the money.

I'd be amazed if it was the Euro 5... I was potentially going to buy the Euro 4 from them, their price £1467 discounted to me for £1000 and that was a healthy discount!

If that is a euro I'd bite their hand off for it now if I lived close enough! There's a secondhand one in my local shop that I quite fancy but it's £900!

As everyone's already said, if it's a Euro, buy it now without any hesitation! I've got the Legend 5 Classic and it's really nice, but I need to get a good set up done.
