heapster Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 (edited) Washburn Bantam AB20 Limited Edition Electro Acoustic Bass Guitar, 1997 made in Korea. This bass is in superb condition and has a glued-in neck and rosewood fingerboard with the headstock carrying the two-a-side tuners. There is mother-of pearl-type in lay on the headstock and matching binding around both the front and back of the beautifully figured, pink-burst body. The AB20 has a piezzo pickup within the bridge actively controlled via a comprehensive panel on the upper edge. There is the usual jack in but also an XLR socket for DI recording or to bypass a DI box. New price was £799. A matching pink-lined hard case included. Might limit your market a bit. I'm sure it's very unusual though ... find the right collector and they'll probably be falling over themselves to get it off you.
