thedontcarebear Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 (edited) Here is my favourite guitar ever, as the title says it's a 20th Anniversary PRS Cu24 with 10 top, it has birds in flight instead of the normal birds (as it's an anniversary), in good condition, have noticed some minor buckle rash on teh back (from previous owner, stupid guitarist), there is some tarnishing on the bridge for some reason (dunno why, think it might be my guitarists sweaty hands from when he had it), and a couple of minor dings at the back bottom edge. Comes with the original case too. £1200, collected, postage will be quite a bit with full insurance. Proper photos below now, I have loads as you can see, means you get to see the condition properly! thedontcarebear Posted January 2, 2009 Author Posted January 2, 2009 Indeed, and it plays and sounds as good as it looks! I would like to keep it though, so will just put it on a few websites and see what happens, but not really push it. Want some decent savings though, thinking about a move next year.
Al Heeley Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 Gorgeous, I have a Cu24 not a 10 top or anniv but the nicest playting and sounding guitar I have ever played. Hope it goes to a loving home.
The Burpster Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 I'll just send a link to bestmate and g'tarist.... Not sure if he needs another but that sounds a good price...... He'll let me know I'm sure....
thedontcarebear Posted January 7, 2009 Author Posted January 7, 2009 (edited) Even though I want cash for savings, will take a part ex, with still some cash my way. Edited January 8, 2009 by thedontcarebear

thedontcarebear Posted January 8, 2009 Author Posted January 8, 2009 You should make your mate buy this one! Haha.
thedontcarebear Posted January 8, 2009 Author Posted January 8, 2009 More photos! Lighting isn't the best obviously, but these seem detailed enough!!

thedontcarebear Posted January 12, 2009 Author Posted January 12, 2009 Will take £1250! Also got my housemate to take some photos outside at the weekend, so will have some of the proper colour soon. Will ebay in the next week or so if not sold on any of the forums I've put it on.
thedontcarebear Posted January 14, 2009 Author Posted January 14, 2009 Pictures in some decent light...
thedontcarebear Posted January 26, 2009 Author Posted January 26, 2009 Open to straight swaps for high end basses, collection only though, from near Peterborough.
Chipps Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Can I just say that it's great to see some decent photography on a for-sale ad? Props to your housemate's photo skills... I can only offer a swap of a PRS gold top McCarty I'm afraid, but have a free bump.
thedontcarebear Posted February 4, 2009 Author Posted February 4, 2009 Yeah, I tend to get him to take decent pictures in the light when I can, I knew he'd have a use one day!
thedontcarebear Posted February 13, 2009 Author Posted February 13, 2009 Bump! It's looking like this will just end up being put in a box in the wardrobe for a few years instead and sold at a better price in the future.
