geoffbassist Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Here's my M5-24 Ash/maple metro on the bench at Alpher Instruments in Saltaire, where it was receiving a set up and having the bridge changed from 19mm to a 18mm retrofit sadowsky bridge. It hasn't been touched since I bought it in 2008 so it was ready for a good set up. The guys did a great job! Quote

I didn't have any urge to tweak it. Action and play-ability was just perfect! Roger and Co. did a great job on this one and i'm loving it so far! Edited April 26, 2013 by kulit17 Quote

obbm Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 Well I finally went and bought myself a proper bass. Thanks jack_b. Can't wait to gig it on Thursday. Feels good, even if a tad heavy, and sounds great. Quote

Fran Diaz Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Beautiful pair too! Where did you get the ramp? I'd like to try one for my PJ4. Quote

Fran Diaz Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Cool! And is the bottom of the ramp flat or shaped to follow the pickguard? Quote
It's flat but the two screws hold it firmly in place. if I could have found some perspex the smae thickness as the PG then I'd have filled in the space. It seems to work fine as it is. Quote
davidak Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 (edited) Recently bought alder/brasilian rosewood p bass, 3,4kg, on pair with my beloved 61 preCBS.. http://gdavidak.rajce.idnes.cz/Sadowsky_NYC_Vintage_Precision_4/ Edited July 27, 2014 by davidak 1 Quote
JTUK Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Now, I am far from a P-Bass guy but the Sadowsky P works really well aesthetically, IMO. Quote
spike Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 I've had Sadowsky GAS for years and finally acquired this RV4 this week. Secondhand but mint condition 3 Quote
