Hi All, I've decided to move on my Jazz Deluxe 4 string due to an incoming Shuker J5. Also I'm rarely playing 4 string at the moment so this is not seeing much action. Comes with original Fender case and tools. I had a black pick-guard made as I liked the idea of an all black jazz but it does come with original gold as well. The bass is in very good condition with only some very minor surface marks on body, no dents. Looking for £750.00. The only trade I would consider is a Musicman Sterling with maple board as I miss my old one, although let me know what you have in case something appeals. Its in absolute A1 condition and comes with a custom pelican case (so indestructable). Trouble is that I'm just finalising my learnlist for the next year and there may (finally) be a couple of 5 string songs on there. It's literally new, as I have played on it for about 15 minutes before I put it back in its case. The specs are: - body: swamp ash - colour: sherwood green - neck: maple, graphite reinforced - fingerboard: BRAZILIAN rosewood with MOP inlays - radius: 7,25" (= vintage Fender) - frets: 20, medium jumbo - nut: 1,5" (= jazz bass width), bone - tuning keys: hipshot ultralites, d-tuner - pickups: lindy fralin - electronics: Aguilar OBP-1 (18V) (= a 2-band boost (40Hz and 4kHz) à la Sadowsky that can be switched from active to passive by pushing or pulling the tone knob) - weight: ca. 3,5 kg - shielded - plek'd - schaller straplocks factory pre-installed - comes in a custom made (original) hard shell case New MSRP is $4124, shipping was $300 and VAT was about 400-500 EUR. I got the certificate from Mike Lull as well as the shipping documents from UPS to prove that the bass only arrived very recently. Feel free to make -reasonable- offers.
