OutToPlayJazz
Hi everyone, one of my local schools (where I teach) has this laying around - See what you think! I've not seen a bullet in the flesh before... Does anyone have any idea of a valuation for this instrument? Leowasright
Blimey, it's a USA made one as well. That is approaching Uber-rare surely? I think they only made them in the States for less than a year. I was expecting a Jap one.
joe_bass
Cool! Was expecting a Squier actually, thought they only did them under them.

2x18
Local music shop had a well used USA long scale Bullet bass, with an additional p-bass pickup in for a very very short while at £395.00 Will.
noelk27
Always thought Fender let themselves down with the one-size-fits-all approach with the short-scale B30 and long-scale B40 - the scratchplate on the B40 just looked wrong, as it didn't follow the contours of the body. Given that these were only produced under the Fender brand for a year or so, between 82 and 83, and that they failed to sell, there aren't many of them about - this is the first long-scale US version I've seen in over 15 years.
