Copyright issues?

What's the situation with this? I've made up a couple of loops using samples of some classic old skool stuff ('The Funky Drummer' and 'Amen Brother', to be precise) for my own gratification, but I don't want to share them if it'll cause any problems.

The loops themselves are about 16-18 seconds long. The actual sample lengths are 8 seconds for Amen Brother and 2.5 for The Funky Drummer.

if its only a few short loops up as a link or something to share between forum members then i personally cant see any problems.
