Rowbee
I really didn't know whether or not I should raise this thread, especially when I'm selling an EVO II myself but I contacted the seller to let them know and give them a chance to amend it and they have not changed their listing. The listing name says "Ashdown ABM 500 Bass Amp Head Used" but the description goes on to name and describe it as an EVO III when the picture is clearly not that model and the description refers to the on-board compressor which is not part of the EVO II. I doubt anyone will buy it as it has a pretty high Buy It Now price of £449 plus £10 postage for a used model but I thought I should make forumites aware. Ou7shined
I wouldn't bother. If they are stoopid enough to pay that for it in the first place then they deserve everything they get for not researching it properly. Strewth, I've got a top nick ABM 500 II 4x10 combo for sale on here somewhere for about that much. (Hmmm maybe I should resurrect that thread sometime - but it would seriously pain me to lose it - don't tell the Mrs, she thinks I'm actively trying to shift it but that no one wants it. If no one knows it's for sale then no one will buy it. :brow: )
