martthebass
Looks ok to me - what are you getting at? Looks mid 90's with the old metal screw on battery cover - also looks like the transition bridge (longer than current - with the 'false' mutes). steve-soar
It's got black knobs on it that are reflecting off the chrome plate, looking like stacks.

Al Heeley
Looks lovely - maybe he's had a treble boost fitted, like a push-pull pot that switches the cap out of the tone circuit (like the Ric 4001 reissues)
Kev
sorry....what about the back?

roonjuice
forgive my ignorance ( i just wanted other peoples opinion without prompting!). i had never come across the electronics configuration and wondered if others had?
budget bassist
Some people have had push pull knobs fitted... i don't think it's that hard. Other than that and the black knobs (which have never been a factory option ) it's completely stock. And 3 band rays are quite common... If that's what you meant Edited January 11, 2009 by budget bassist
simon1964
3 band stingray, but with black knobs? Can't see anything else out of the ordinary, especially on the back!
