Stunning Overwater Progress III Deluxe 5 string bass. 

Mahogany core, high gloss finish wenge beautifully figured top. Fantastic, sounding with John East electronics, jack and xlr outputs.

36" scale and 18mm string spacing at the bridge.

5 piece maple and purpleheart neck

Rosewood fingerboard.

Weight ~10Ibs

Hiscox quality hard case.

Perfect condition save for two minor dings pictured and minor repair to bottom corner of backplate.

 

Sad to be selling this but one of a pair, and one has to finally leave...

 

Delivery by UPS insured next day for around £30, or come try it out...

From one OW progress Deluxe owner to another, that is a stunner! If I had the readies available  I'd snap this up.

Hi Bassman ... no labeling on the pups ... they're the standard Overwater I think.... sound great!  And it's 9v.

 

And yes, Owen, like your beautiful 6 ... all the right specs again :)

The John East was the original pre-amp fitted to these models. Super clean output with both jack and XLR DI (on the instrument!), 3 band eq, balance and vol.

Ah, I didn't know that they were East pre's originally. He does some good stuff.

Finally sold on ebay last night ... where was everyone the last few months ? ... such an ace bass!  :)
