thedontcarebear Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 (edited) Sold. Edited October 19, 2009 by thedontcarebear
thedontcarebear Posted January 12, 2009 Author Posted January 12, 2009 Yeah! If it was jap or american I think it would be twice or three times the cost, haha, good mexican though, had 2 of their special run strats now and they were both better then normal MIM ones.
Waldo Posted January 14, 2009 Posted January 14, 2009 Mexican strats are excellent. I AB'd a couple against some American ones and there was no difference. At all.
MythSte Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 This is awful tempting. Dont suppose you do finance?
Wil Posted June 12, 2009 Posted June 12, 2009 (edited) Lovely guitar. I love the fact the bridge pickup angle is reversed to emulate the Hendrix sound (always seemed a more sensible direction to angle to me anyway - warmer highs and tigher lows!) Edited June 12, 2009 by Wil
waynepunkdude Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 I have a MIM Strat and I love it, good luck buddy.
Guest Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 It's a really nice guitar, but I've been asked to play in a band that play in drop B, and I don't want to ruin this by dropping it so low and having to change the bridge pickup to a humbucker. I'd keep it if I hadn't bought so much equipment recently, I might have to finally stick it on ebay soon.

Guest Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Yeah, that's what I meant about a humbucker, not routing it or anything. But I just don't want to ruin it, because it's a special run, I'd rather it stayed in once piece with nothing changed.
