If it’s staying black, it’s getting a ghostbusters sticker on it.

Sounds fairly harmless.

Well. Original socket was kaput...just old. And as stated before - this bass has lived.

new one fitted. All good.

so, short of a paint job, which I’m still considering...

I’m taking it out to play on Sunday.

How does it sound then? Can it do the traditional P/J thing well? It looks like it would be a monstrous funk machine too!

I've got an incoming passive JBS but I'm wondering now if I should have held out for a Power JBS..

Just brilliant, does trad p/j really well - the tbx circuit just allows MORE or Less...it’s a great design - not messing about with 3/4/5 band eq...

It’s how good this bass feels. It feels so good.

Blummin eck.

Love this!!!

The PJBS is by far my favourite Fender ever (even though I dearly love my 76 P) - Also cemented my love also for Japanese Fenders at the same time. I would dearly love to find a Fretless PJBS to complete my set of Power Jazzes!!

Not massively helpful as my own PJBS is heavily modified, but it does get used in many of my Bass gear reviews of which plenty are on YouTube as well. :)

I’ll get you a playlist link later.

They’re nice. Off out with mine shortly...

I just missed out on the duff deluxe that was on here a few weeks back. Been doing far too much looking since.

Guaranteed that the moment I'm back at work one will come up and sell in about 10 mins!
