eshears
Here's what I'm looking for: a gig bag that can carry 2 basses and has room (either inside or via an ourside pocket) to carry my Genz-Benz Shuttle 6.0. Also, it needs to be available in the UK. The Shuttle is so small that I thought this task would be easier...not so! Here's what I'm looking at so far: Levy's Standard Double Electric Bass Bag (CM88) Rockbag 20611BPLUS Double Bass Bag Ibanez Double Bag Trolley E-Bass Access Stage 3 AB3DB11 ProTec Deluxe Double Electric Bass Bag Mooradian (Website says custom bags are available) Incase Dub Bag (Expensive, and not sure of availability in UK) Undercover (Also expensive, have to ship from USA, but have confirmation that the Shuttle will fit!) And I already know that this one will not work: Proel Deluxe Double Bag So, does anyone have any experience with any of these bags and thing the Shuttle might fit? Or, any other suggestions? Thanks!
Kiwi
The Levy's bag I have does the trick. I can fit the Shuttle inside its gig bag inside the pocket of the Levy bag!

Toasted
If my Incase gig bag had a vagina, I'd make love to it. It's a brilliant gig bag.
Delberthot
I'd personally go for one with wheels like the Ibanez. my Gold Warmoth weighs enough on its own

The Bass Gallery told me they couldn't get them in (even though they're on their website?) eude
Hey man, just realised you had a post on here as well as TalkBass... Like I said on TalkBass, check out www.probag-net.com Pretty sure they used to make the Low End bags, as they are identical, but a fair bit cheaper. I got one, shipped from Bolvia, of all places, for $180 all in which worked out about £130 at the time. I could not be happier with mine I can get some pics together if you want too. They do custom bags and adjustments too, so you could be quite specific about the dimensions of a Shuttle Shaped pocket... Cheers, Eude
dave_bass5
Fender do a deluxe double gig bag. I got mine from Strings direct for about £40.

eshears
And now I've also found this one: Ritter RCG700

How's yours weight-wise?
Hey man, it's not too bad actually, I was pleasantly surprised by the weight, although it is a single bag rather than a double. I was using a top of the range Ritter bag which was a lot heavier, one of the new style ones and it literally fell to bits over the last 2 years. I was very very disappointed with it, when I finally put it in the bin, it had no grab handles left and only one shoulder strap! The Pro Bag is really a breath of fresh air, I've finally found a bag worthy of carrying my shiny Shukers around. If you want, I'll try and get some photos for you next week. I must admit i haven't actually taken it to a gig yet, its just storing two basses in. I would think its not as robust as some of the others mentioned here. I went for this one because its not quite as big and bulky as the Ritter but then i like my bags like that. It has a big pocket on the front that i would imagine is big enough for a Shuttle but cant confirm it.

It just has a foam separator. Although mine is blue, its more like this: http://www.bassexchange.com/catalog/produc...?products_id=93 I was told it was made by Levys but maybe it wasn't... eshears
Just got an e-mail directly from Levy's. The outside pocket on the CM88 is 12" x 14" x 3"...perfect. I'm going to pick one of these up soon!
