jacko
Alembic. Basses, Strings and amps. They don't make speakers but Ron Wickersham had a hand building the Grateful Dead's Wall of sound.
OutToPlayJazz
Tricky... My Status KingBass is on the "hotwires" (made by Status-Graphite), whereas all my other basses run on RotoSound 35-90 swingbass sets... Amplification is all MarkBass - Do they have a sideline in strings yet?
bigd1
I think this is a very odd question. I have never been guided by a "Name" and have always gone with what sounds, plays the best for the money I can spend (when my wife lets me, Ta very much luv ) Even then I don't stay with one make and do try differant and new stuff to my normal. Although I do have favs, this does change if something better comes along, but it really does need to be a lot better. I use SWR Workingmans 1X15 combo G&L Astat bass Bass Collection J Series fretless La Bella flat wounds (heavy) Monster Pro cables EBS chorus, drive & octivide Boss TU2 Peddle Train And me to make it sound amazing BIGd
