Early CEB 3 bass chorus in great condition.

This is the rarer analog BBD version before they re-designed them and went digital in Oct 2001 with all their chorus pedals.

I've A/B'd it against my 80s Boss CE 2B bass chorus and with the filter set to around 8 o'clock cut its almost identical in sound, lots of lush warm mids and bloom! 😎

Hi there - I have a similar pedal - how can I tell if it's analogue or digital?

Check the serial date on it. Pre- October 2001 should be analogue, even the grey labels.

If it's a pink label as week more than likely a analogue version.

I managed to check it against a brown CE2B and a newer CE5 chorus ensemble.

Sound wise you notice a warmer pronounced lump in the mids compared  to the digital version and a little less clarity.
