Dubs Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 Crazy - He'd get a better price selling them separately for sure. I’m very keen on the 2006 Thumb though :brow: Quote
Delberthot Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 Well, I've always loved the bleach blonde thumb so we could go halfers on a bid. Or we could if i had more than 2 bob to my name Quote
warwickhunt Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 His interpretation of the # of the bass in each respective run is woefully incorrect btw! It's a common misconception but you'd think that if he's gone to the trouble of buying two of them you think that he'd have at least that much grasp of the digit significance. The 2003 model is a bleached blonde thumb bass with swamp ash body and maple neck. It is number 3 of 171 made. - It is #171 made in 2003 (hence the '3') The 2006 model is also a thumb bass with a swamp ash birds eye poplar body and maple neck. It is number 6 of 8 made. - It is #8 made in 2006 (hence the '6') I agree he'd get more for them if separated. Quote
Chelios Posted January 15, 2009 Author Posted January 15, 2009 TBH i doubt i could afford the two, i do want a thumb Quote
