Advice on Hipshot tuners

Just wondering if anyone can tell me if Hipshot HB3 tuners are reversible? (For a 5 sting Sterling Ray 25).

Any info appreciated.

You'd need to check there's room on the headstock for the large footprint of these though, I think the HB1s are more like the ones usually used by EBMM:
