And I don't have an amp. (I'm using various software and hardware simulators). But I'm thinking that some sort of modelling amp would be best, and I don't need to buy one yet as my eventual aim is recording, not playing live. I'm still thinking that ... eventually .... a Roland Cube 30-100 would be a reasonable choice.
