I have a mint EB MM sterling 4 in blue and a guy wants to swap so I could do with an idea on how the money will work out, I was guessing at £700 for the MM and £450 for the $$
[s]The big question is…Corvette or Streamer? The Streamer would be worth a tad more – about £50 maybe. [/s] Corvette - doh, I just skim read it ;)

Do you definitely want the $$? I might have something Streamer shaped if you were interested, but it’s not a $$. I've been after a Sterling for a while...

I think that's about right, but I have to say I struggled to get any interest in mine when I had it up at that price. I withdrew it in the end, as it was too derpressing to sell at any lower than that!

Its a buyers market for Warwicks at the moment.

Those who have mentioned £450 are in the right ballpark. I just sold one for a similar amount. We're in a depressed market at the moment and both Warwicks & MusicMan basses are suffering value wise, amongst other mass produced items. We all like to think we can get the same high prices as before, but we all have to accept that things are worth what you can get for them.

Since my earlier post, I've done a deal on a Stingray. Given my "agreement" with Mrs 1964 (1 bass in = 1 bass out....), my $$ will be up for sale again as of tonight. If anyone wants one at £450 PM me!

LOL! I never said I wasn't fickle! I've been missing it since I sold it to Nottswarwick last year - and have ended up buying one pretty much identical!

Assuming the deal all goes through smoothly, I'll bring it to the Notts Bash!

I have a NT $$ Swamp Ash and it'll be lucky if it is much more than 8lb. ;)

Both my $$s have been quite reasonable in the weight department. Anyone ever had a Marcus Miller Jazz? It's like being on stage with a millstone around your neck!
