They are not that rare - they seem to come up on Ebay once or twice a year - but it is a brilliant bass, so I'd have to agree with him that it is very desirable. For the money he's asking you could buy a new Urge II, although you'd have to put up with the 34" scale. Edited to say : Actually you could have a new Urge II and have several hundred pounds left over.
