lemmywinks
Bit of an odd one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ba-55-5-String-Bass-Guitar-short-scale-partscaster-style-eccentric-funky/254450366052?hash=item3b3e6c7664:g:CzoAAOSwLABd8Nzs At last a genuine reason for splaying the tuners, there's no other way they would fit!
TheGreek
I recently asked a question about something like this - would a small strat body with a bass neck work??

yorks5stringer
I like this and the listing is BS free and makes no wild or inaccurate claims.
Bassassin
This bass has the handle of a kitchen drawer screwed trough the body in lieu of a thumbrest. I'll say that again: A kitchen drawer handle. Screwed through the body. MDP's got competition. 2

Starts too high at the bridge then comes back across the fretboard and does a nice little curve before it goes through the nut. Would love to know how much dive that has with all that junk on the end of a tiny neck. Firewood at best. Less neck dive than if it were a full-scale bass neck... Bassassin
Cool little thing, although insanely overpriced. But this ad does bring to mind something that's baffled me for years - why (oh why oh why) do people cover up the serial numbers on instruments they're selling? What possible point is there in doing this?
