Alan Longmuir always played a right hand bass upside down.  Must have saved a fortune on buying lefty versions.

Having looked it up, it seems it was the manager who went to prison. The drummer got community service.

My sister also went to see The Sweet in concert in the 70’s and hated it, she thought they would be playing stuff like their chart records, they were in fact playing playing really heavy rock songs 😀
