Mike Bungo
Bought one of theses off eBay for $30 usd and I’ve gotta say that it’s simple to fit, looks good and sounds fab..... well worth considering 👍
grayn
Looks like a great fix for giving room for the string binding not to rest of the bridge saddles. Nice one😎

baa
I've been looking at those. I read that it will stop the bridge from bending, and since i changed the bridge on 5 of my 6 basses with that kind of bridges because of bending, this looks like a cheap way to prevent that. How would you say the sound changes, what It does for the tone?

baa
Thank you. I'll talk to a friend who works in metal, and see if be can't fix some for me. Should be easy enough for him 👍

Should be easy enough for him 👍 Make sure he uses the correct diameter stainless steel bar and hole centres and you could possibly sell a few discretely (possible copywrite or whatever issue?) to make it worth both your while. $30 plus shipping is a bit steep but I'd definitely take a couple at a more sensible price.

Those 3-point units used by Matsumoku are notoriously flexible though - this was my Westbury Track 2 when I got it: Think it might've been too far gone for the bar to fix it...

Thank you 😀 That's what happened to all my bridges. I bought 5 no-name replacements from Alibaba for almost the same price as one costs in Sweden. And they work just as well.
