Fender 60th Anniversary Precision

Not mine (I have the blonde version however) but if it was I wouldn't be selling it!! 

Not seen a sunburst one before so I'm guessing that they're pretty rare?

I'd be all over this like a rash if funds permitted, not the best time of year to be selling a bass so maybe a bit of a bargain for some lucky sod!

Odd that it has everything that an early P would have in the way of scratchplate and controls knobs  but a more recent wider headstock?

It's genuine, there were a very limited number available in Sunburst, not officially available in the UK.

It's very tempting but photos don't really show the extent of the paint damage.

No, not great photos at all Karl, but still worth keeping an eye on. I've only seen a few of the blonde versions like the one I own so I guessed that this is pretty rare. I had a quick dig on the web but I can't find too much info about it let alone how many were made.

Blackguard Blonde is the more common but I've never seed the sunburst with a white pickguard, only ever black.  And there weren't may of those. That looks like an Elite case too....

The Sunburst were a run for Guitar Centre in the States. 

Fairly sure someone got a bargain but buggered if I was driving from Darlington to Cheltenham & back.
