Yeah she’s very good, I’m subscribed so I watch most of her videos, there’s some good samba style ones on there if you fancy a challenge, I’ve tried but they are a bit fast for me 😁

I started bass lessons when I was about 15 and was taught by a blues bassist , but I quickly found out that reggae was my passion, so I was playing blues and reggae, this was one of the first tunes I played ,  

 

My latest video on how different techniques can help to compose authentic sounding Reggae bass lines might be of interest to some of the bassists on this thread.

I have put a couple of backing tracks at the end of the video to jam to.

I hope this help some beginner Reggae bass players.

A version here and the dub comes in at 4.14, the bass drops nice
