Writing on front is a bit odd, UB40 recorded this in 1989, so a /64 date is very strange ............ ?

I think it’s a king tubby mix/album cover, but not sure, I’ve never heard this one before , apparently it’s lord creator ?

It's a 1970 album from Clancy Eccles collecting some early tubby dubs. Some great tracks and some nice photos re released on pressure sounds.
