I bought this a long time back, there’s some great tunes on it, well worth getting if you haven’t already , really good Robbie Basslines

Looking for a Bassline to work on today I came across this version of Babylon Bridge, I know Dillinger did it but I’m liking this

The Bassline on this B side by I Repo has got a nice rhythm to it

I watch all the Karigan drumming videos, but this guy is good, I’ve got the 2nd track as Babylon burn which is below , the 3rd is the Dubbeez, 4th is swing easy, any idea what the first track is?

Heard this on 6 Music just now - I know that the whole Lover's Rock cover version is not always thought to be the most credible art form, but I was struck by how tasteful the whole arrangement was - very mellow. Marcia Griffiths, The First Time Ever I saw Your Face.

Seeing as it's King Jammy dubbing I'm fairly sure it'll be good, but honestly - it's the cover that's really sold it to me!

Yeah definitely, I think the titles are really clever, especially Dub on the frontline 😁

Speaking of King Jammy, I just got this today with him on the mix (he was just a Prince at the time!) and Gregory on writing and production -  it turns out the cool ruler was a good producer as well as singer and songwriter.
