bouvier Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 I'm rebuilding my pedal board and I need the following parts. 2 x Audio Harness In - Jack Out (Pancake Jack). Recessed IEC Power Inlet (3 Prong) IEC Pig Tail - To connect to Pedal Power I previously got these from West Coast Pedal Boards, shipping and import duty was painful. Anyone know of a Maplins equivalent or UK based supplier. Quote
AJ567 Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 I reckon you're unlikely to find those arts already made since they're pretty niche, but you can easily make them yourself. I've made a few bits like that for previous boards. Everything in the pics appear to be standard components you should be able to get from Mouser or RS. For starters I have a couple of the switchcraft pancake plugs in the top pic going spare, if you want them! Quote
bouvier Posted January 28, 2020 Author Posted January 28, 2020 I've got the power and audio harness sorted. Now to fit a pint in a half pint pot. Quote
naxos10 Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 You could try RS Components (Radio Spares to us older gents), CPC or Farnell. All are electronic component suppliers and have internet sites. RS Components do have regional outlets. Quote
bouvier Posted January 31, 2020 Author Posted January 31, 2020 A case of two steps forward and six back. Maybe have it cracked over the weekend. There are some redundant pedals and boards that I will put up for trade/sale shortly Quote
bouvier Posted February 7, 2020 Author Posted February 7, 2020 Finally made some real progress with my board and barring any unforeseen dramas (wife finding out how much I have spent for one) I hope to have the board completed in the next few days. I will be selling/trading some of the excess pedals; Klon KTR, BAE Fuzz & Treble Boost along with unused patch leads and cable kits. Quote
jimbobothy Posted February 7, 2020 Posted February 7, 2020 Great system you use 👍🏼. I’m also looking to join the Say No To Velcro club ha ha 🙂 Quote
