My first bass was a 1a....sounded infinitely better than any of the Fenders in the store back in 1984.

My dream is to find a 11a or 111a with a broken headstock which I can convert to headless...

Great stuff 👍 I’m sure there would be a queue of BCers who could maintain the heard for you, keep them fed and watered etc, if you take to the canals for a bit...

Tough job deciding which one to take with you for company though... 😕

Already decided that Rob. The fretless Tune,Vigiers and paisley P-bass are coming. Bucket list items from back in my teens 🙂

One  of the Harley Benton PB-50's will be staying too 😮 Should have room for 1 more 🤐
