Hofner violin bass - good deal at the moment

These sold at an eye-watering £1200 when she bought it (six years ago), though the new price has since dropped to more like £1000. The special hard case would be at least another £60.

At £550 with no reserve and no bids, this is the cheapest genuine Hofner I've seen on eBay.
