Sandberg have always offered a 32.5" option (for an extra £250), I was told this was the optimal shorter scale!?

Good to see them finally offering a 30"

Well I didn’t know that. I really like the VS4 model but am set on 32” (or less) thesedays. They don’t advertise their 32.5” scale option much!

Quite interested in these shorties...

Short-scale Sterling by MM Stingray also announced!  That looks very nice but likely to be around £2k - which is the price a near-new personal import is up for on here.  Don't forget the various Maruszczyk s-s basses that have been on offer for a while btw!
