andyowenuk Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 (edited) Hi, Has anyone else had an issue after upgrading the firmware on their future impact pedal where the tuner no longer functions correctly? Al Krow Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 I had the very same issue. @Quatschmacher kindly put me straight and all working fine now and the new tuner is actually much improved. There's a lengthy bit of hand holding on one of the threads somewhere... 1 Quote

It's actually on this thread - discussion starts on Nov 15th 2019 when I start by moaning that "I've not found the FI tuner to be that good / accurate"... sound familiar?!😁 You have to reset the FI to 440Hz after upgrading the software version. It's set out in the manual on the boot menu or FAQs. 2 Quote

Both of these are done via the boot menu. Read the section called “editing the configuration parameters” on pages 13-14 of the manual. Do check out the examples in the manual too; I wrote a whole section on using the FI to replace single effects stomp boxes and a section on how to create your own sounds from scratch. 2 Quote
