USA Tobias Build Dates

Hey there I have a Made in USA Tobias Basic 5 bass. I know its not a pre -Gibson model but how do you tell what year it is?

My serial number is 10400 so I an not sure where this sits. It's quite a nice bass with the Bartolini 18volt preamp and Pickups and neck thru.

Can anyone help as Gibson was no use and I am thinking of selling this soon.
