BassBus Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 (edited) Why do you need so many of the same bass? You can only play one at a time. (says he with ** basses 😄) Edited February 8, 2020 by BassBus 1 Quote
Silvia Bluejay Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 Well, I've somehow ended up with four Warwick Corvettes, and I don't even gig... Should we create (and join) the Four Of A Kind Club? Quote

stewblack Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 Oh God. I had to count in my head as I'm out walking the dogs. Kept forgetting p basses. 1 Fender, 2 Squier, 1 Bass Collection (with another en route), 1bitsa, 1 Vintage 1 Maruszczyk. 3 black, 1 red, 1 pink, 1 burst, 1 gold, incoming bass is white. Quote
Mykesbass Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 Looking great - particularly like the orange and Frankenstein ones. Quote
Lozz196 Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 If I answered that question it would be because I’d sold one. 2 Quote

acidbass Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 I could maybe justify owning 2 (one flats and one rounds) but 4 is impressive! Quote

I have 5 in total - one lovely mid 90’s Jap P in sunburst that sounds and plays better than any US new or vintage P I’ve tried - and have no room for any more (thank goodness). Quote
Cuzzie Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 (edited) I am not as well endowed as that picture, but I have forsaken clothes storage and my double wardrobe is all gear. I figured if I can squash it all in and the door closes, the Mrs can’t complain if it’s all hidden! Edited February 9, 2020 by Cuzzie Quote

Have a great P at the moment with La Bella flats and a Fender CS 62 pickup. I think my next bass buy will be a P with SD Quarter Pounders and real bright steel Rotos or similar!
