Personally I like the changes made by Warwick, with the two piece bridge like Alembics and the angled tuning pegs. And the body shape is more elegant. When i bought my Thumb NT back in 89 it was a choice between the Thumb and the Streamer like that with the gold hardware but being a bit of a Jack Bruce fan i went with the Thumb. Still got it and the basses from that era are simply superb. My Thumb had an electronics fault and had to go back to Germany for repair. I had that same style of bass as a loner and it was very nice.
