xgsjx Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 Very nice indeed. On Bass Direct's website it says the rrp is just over £1400, but on Thomann's their price is over £1800! I understand that this might have something to do with € - £ exchange but £400 difference? WTF. Quote

yorick Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 I've tried the Mesa Venture 2x12 combo in PMT and it's the best rig i've ever heard. Quote
wateroftyne Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 £1500? Wow... given that the M-Pulse head alone is around £1300, that's a great price. Relatively speaking. Quote
voxpop Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 (edited) Ive got the head version...the M6 Carbine and it puts a massive grin on my face every time I turn it on. It the best head Ive heard for rock and blues, a real monster of tone and power. Edited February 12, 2009 by voxpop Quote
MananaMan Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 Hmm... £1400 for this, £450 for the Orange Bass Terror (Similar setup, less fancy add-ons) I know which I'd rather have, although money being no object I also know which I'd rather have, if you know what I mean... Quote
RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 (edited) If I never got the Aguilar cab/head I would have gone for this ....or the walkabout Edited February 12, 2009 by RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE Quote

sk8 Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Ddin't spend a huge amount of time with it as it was too loud for what i needed. Its a great amp with huge punch and it will deliver a wide variety of sounds. its really easy to move on the casters but it is 100lbs plus in the lift Quote
