Revelation basses

Just noticed these basses at the Gallery.

Anyone had any experience with these basses or know any thing about  them?

All the mentions about them that I've seen on here have been positive.

I'm tempted by the 'double P' in a background nagging sort of fashion. 😗

I’ve had two. Unreal for what they cost.

Extremely good bass. Mine is fretless I would buy a fretted without hesitation.

I had their RPBX model, double -P jazz bass. Wouldn't say it was a lightweight but it was a very nicely put together instrument.

I know. . . . . . . . It's an even more tedious subject for me. These days, unfortunately, it's a very necessary question!

Checking back to my NBD I see 10lb as the weight for the RPBX.

I had one of the P models, the RPB65, in red. It was a really nice bass, with a great sound from the Entwistle pickups. Bit of a bargain they are too. 

I only moved it on because I had never owned a P bass but subsequently decided it wasn't quite for me. I found resting on the pickup a bit of a bugger with the screw positioning. Nothing against the Revelation though!
