ash Posted February 29, 2020 Share Posted February 29, 2020 (edited) This is a stunning Musicman Sting Ray bass circa 1995. It has the three EQ system. It weighs 4.6kgs and comes with a Hiscox case. It’s got a gorgeous neck and ringing tone - great for all types of music but particularly good for funk. The figuring on the maple neck is particularly lovely. Some dings and it had a pro set up and new nut put on prior to me getting it so it’s got a great action. I got it in a trade but I prefer passive basses these days. In terms of trades I’m looking for a US made maple neck, light weight Fender Precision or Precision Hot Rod. I prefer it with the non-original pick guard off and I’ve also got a white pick guard for it. UK only.
