Dood
I will be reviewing this. It’s practically a must.
wateroftyne
Nice! interestingly, EBS seem to be hinting at ‘heft’ in their marketing copy...
HazBeen
Yes, saw it as well.... love to see non D class are still being made
Graham
I'd love one of these, particularly as my HD350 seems to require violence every gig to stop it from cutting out, but $2.5k is too much for me
pete.young
Great to see they still go up to '11'.

Trueno
I could afford to buy one from what I'd save on gym fees.
thodrik
We discussed it a while ago when it was announced at NAMM. The price is pretty damn high but I suppose it is a premium price for a premium piece of gear.
pbasspecial
I am sure it will sound great but she ain't no looker that's for sure!
acidbass
Would absolutely love to try this. Class AB or bust for me
burno70
Hefty price tag for heft. I don't doubt that it sounds awesome though.
fretmeister
I'd love one, but ignoring the price for a moment, there is no way I'm going back to carrying that sort of weight ever again!

Eye of the beholder - I've always loved the look of their no nonsense HD and TD amps. It when they started with the artwork on the Reidmar that my eyes began to twitch.

I always thought that the old TD 650 just looked a bit like a really high end mids 1990s Hi-Fi amplifier. I think that the 802 is pretty similar in this respect. I did love the 'rock' look of the Fafner mk I with the chicken head knobs which I ended up buying, but then the Fafner II didn't do anything for me in terms of looks. Defo
If I had roadies I would have 2 of these
luckymauro
Nah The only EBS head you can get is the Fafner 2. No EBS product beats the Fafner 2 but the problem is already discontinued. I say this because I use two of them.💣💣 Edited March 29, 2020 by luckymauro
