I remember seeing a bridge - toilet bowl saddles? - like the one on this P Bass in a thread recently but can't for the life of me remember which one it was.  Was it indicative of good quality or bad?

Anyway, starting at £53, no detail in the text of any use and collection only Birmingham.  If it is a good 'un it'll be worth watching.

clicky

I mentioned in @Beedster's Washburn thread that these turn up on some budget 80s Korean basses. QED, then.

Can't see much from the pics but looks OK, assuming no-one bids on it...

I have one of these on my 80's Encore P-Bass. Solid bridge, unique look, string through body. The bass has the best sustain of any P I have owned so far. 👍

Amazing - MDP almost "makes" a sensible bass. Of course he still had to wonk up the (unmatched) tuners. And ruin the nut. 9_9

Easily £217 too expensive.

But at least they are "new" tuners.

Oh, and a new neck "with crazing in the varnish on the head"?

Anyway, sorry.  Thread drift... Did you buy the one you posted, Paul S?

No.  I am not against the odd frivolous purchase (as my feedback thread will testify) but this was bass too far :)
