P-Bass Bodies and nitro-spraycoating etc

I have a Nate Mendel P-Bass and I love the neck and the hot pickups but have a hankering for a shoreline gold nitro finish. It seems like it'd be a pretty straightforward  job to swap the neck and parts over (I want to keep the original body its stock colour in case I need to resell). It seems like you can pay whatever you want for a P-Bass body, so can anyone recommend something reputable. Ditto getting a decent nitro spray-coat. I've had a look on Reverb - and there is actually a Shoreline Gold P-body  on there, but it's a lefty. Anyone care to make a recommendation?

Would you consider getting the existing body refinished?  That would at least mean the neck pocket etc would fit correctly, as well as ensuring the pickups and bridge etc are still in line.  These are things which may need adjusting with a new body.

MJT make nice stuff - reputable, but in the US.  They've teamed up with USACG who made the nicest neck for me - sweet true and double carbon truss rod light. Check ebay - they put up a bass a day. Or you can order direct but it'd be $400 or so - you can order them undistressed (I would!).

+ carriage + import duty. But there it is.

There was an MJT painted metal flake blue MM Bongo years ago that I would have had if not for the import duty thing. It was very lush.

I was wrong, it was a Marty Bell finish. Ignore me. But just look at it! https://www.talkbass.com/threads/musicman-bongo-5hh-marty-bell-western-blue-big-sparkle-flake-finish.1265232/

I’d concur with those recommending MJT - superb bodies with deep early Fender-type contouring. I had a Candy Tangerine relic (sold on here recently) - everything about the body (spray, relicing, woodworking) was excellent - seem like very nice guys too
