Lander4002 Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 Hi, I have a BF compact that has a rattle coming from the driver. I would like to know how to remove the grill cloth so I can check the screws and the driver itself. Any ideas would be welcomed. Cheers, Lander Quote

Wilson_51_ Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 (edited) As Paul says When my old super compact was rattling when playing it turned out to be the metal on the handles that was casuing the noise. they flip up so you can access the screws they just needed squeezing together a bit, which stopped them rattling. it may not be this but you never know! ebenezer Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 check handles first, if they are ok, chances are the 15 inch speaker bolts/screws could have vibrated loose....this has happened to me before...also worth checking the wires inside cab are fastened securely Quote

Anyway, I have just received a mail from barefaced with the instruccions to remove the grill so tomorrow I'll check the screws and the wires. Cheers!!! Quote
